As I've said before, you have to learn the elements of design. Given here are my research about the basics of the first two elements,
line and shape.
LINE - it's the things in your photo that have edges that seem to become lines. Railroad tracks, edges of a structure or tree lines. The horizon is the best example of a line. Lines don't really need to be straight. Just choose the best angle where you could use lines to place direction towards the subject of your picture.
SHAPE - The most common shape is the circle as it can be found on arched bridges and doorways, plus, nature has lots of circle-shaped elements in it. Shapes appear to have
two dimensions. Shapes can be also in the form of a wave, triangle or square. They usually complement the other elements of
photography designs.
