I didn't quite understand why dad gave me one on my birthday. I was interested in other things then. Perhaps, it was simply meant as a toy. You know how kids like to try new things. But receiving the gift was life-changing because it awakened in me an interest for photography. Soon, I found myself taking shots on anything that caught my attention.
